Our Clubs
CUBBIES – 3 to 4 years old
- Cubbies is a two year program, therefore clubbers must be 3 by the school age cutoff (September 1st). This allows them to enter Sparks when they enter Kindergarten. They must also be potty trained.
SPARKS – Kindergarten thru 2nd Grade
TRUTH & TRAINING – 3rd thru 6th Grade
TREK – 7th through 9th Grades
Our AWANA Clubs are part of the many AWANA Clubs which operate around the world. These community Bible clubs are open to all youth from 3 years old through 9th grade, and meet weekly on Sunday nights from 5:30 – 7:00 PM (January thru May). We try to follow the school calendar closely for holidays, etc. when there will be no club; copies of the club calendar are available upon request. The weekly AWANA club consists of three parts: Book Time, Game Time and Council Time (singing and a Bible story). There are also other fun and exciting activities throughout the club night and during the club year.
There are many caring and devoted adults involved in all three clubs. The facilities and equipment as well as the books and uniforms are provided by Woodside Chapel. We want to work with you in providing balanced physical, social, mental and spiritual activities for your children.
On the first night your child will bring home an Entrance Booklet. We hope you will help your child complete the booklet. After the Entrance Booklet is completed, a clubber is awarded their uniform vest and new workbook. As the clubber works through this book, they are eligible to earn various achievement awards to wear on their uniform.
Please feel free to visit our club any time. If you do not have a home church, we invite you to attend any of the meetings throughout the week.
